Mundane Asset Management Limited ("Mundane") is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the conduct of investment business in the UK. Investment Advisory Business
The company was originally established to preserve the investment methodology of the founding directors and to protect the wealth of their families and friends. Mundane now provides investment advice to offshore funds and is the principal advisor to the Mundane World Leaders Fund, an open-ended offshore fund, registered in the Cayman Islands, and administered in Guernsey. As of 1st October 2022 the Mundane World Leaders Fund obtained reporting fund status from HMRC in the United Kingdom.
Intended Audience
Please note the information contained in this Site is intended for (1) existing investors to keep them updated on their investments, and (2) prospective investors who fall within the definition of "Professional Client" as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority. Any prospective investor will initially have access only to general information until they have been categorised by Mundane as a "Professional Client". Access to restricted sections of this Site is limited to those who meet the regulatory requirements.
The Funds advised by Mundane are or may be "unregulated collective investment schemes" as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority.
