1. This policy applies to Mundane Asset Management Limited ("Mundane"). "We" and "us" in this document means "Mundane". Mundane is the data controller registered under the Data Protection Act.
2. As a firm specialising in investment advice to offshore funds, Mundane only holds personal data that is necessary for the efficient conduct of business.
3. Mundane may share the data in 2 above with IQEQ Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited who are the administrators of Mundane World Leaders Fund.
4. We do not hold sensitive personal data of individuals. Examples are:-
- Date of birth
- National insurance number
- NHS number
- Passport or driving licence details
- Medical history
- Ethnicity
- Gender/Sexual Orientation
- Religion
- Bank details
- Credit or debit card details
5. We normally hold the following information:-
- Name of individual
- Contact details such as email address, telephone number and postal address
- Job Title (optional)
- Company Name (optional)
6. We collect data provided by you on first contact, e.g. (a) when you register to receive information on our Funds or (b) you establish a business relationship with us. We do not sell the data to other companies.
7. We will only share your details under compulsion of law with regulators and law enforcement agencies in the UK and overseas.
8. We will only use your details for lawful commercial purposes such as (a) providing services to you; (b) providing you with relevant information; (c) sending you updates on our compliance and regulatory policies; (d) sending you updates on our Funds; etc..
9. We will update your details when you notify us of any changes.
10. We will keep your details securely and keep such security arrangements under regular review.
11. Your data will be processed and held in the United Kingdom. Except in 3 above, it will not be sent outside the European Union except under compulsion of law.
